Scan Control

Run scans manually or on a schedule.

What Scan Control is

Scan Control is where you start scans and configure how often AIVIS.space checks your brand automatically.

Use it to:

  • Run a scan immediately, on demand
  • Choose a specific query or AI model to scan
  • Set the scheduled scan frequency for each brand
  • Check your weekly scan quota

Running a scan manually

Go to Scan Control

Click Scan Control in the sidebar.

Select a query (optional)

Leave the default to scan all your tracked queries. Or select a specific query to run a targeted scan and use less of your weekly quota.

Select a model (optional)

Leave the default to scan all selected models. Or select ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini individually.

Click Run Scan

The button changes to "Running…" while the scan is in progress. The Scan Summary below updates automatically when it finishes.

What a scan counts as

Each query × model combination counts as one scan against your weekly quota.

Scheduled scans

AIVIS.space can run scans automatically on a set schedule. The schedule is configured per brand in Brand Hub under Campaign Settings.

Schedule options: Daily, Weekly, Monthly.

Scheduled scans run using all your tracked queries and all selected AI models. They count against your weekly quota the same way manual scans do.

The weekly quota resets every Monday. Your current usage is shown in the Scan Control section and in Plan & Usage.

When your quota is used up for the week, the Run Scan button is disabled until the quota resets.

Tip

Save your weekly quota for full multi-model scans. When verifying a specific fix, run a single-query, single-model scan to confirm the change without spending all your quota.


After a scan

When a scan finishes, the Scan Summary section below updates with the result. Go to Actions to see any new issues AIVIS.space found.

If you're on Growth or above, the full scan result is also saved to the Audit Ledger with complete evidence for each verdict.


FAQ

Can I cancel a scan in progress? No. Once a scan starts, it runs to completion. The Run Scan button is disabled while a scan is running.

What if a scan fails? Scan Control shows an error message describing what went wrong. Try running the scan again. If the problem continues, contact hello@aivis.space.

Does running a scan on all 3 queries use 3 scans or 1? It uses 3 scans (one per query per model). Check your quota before running a full multi-query, multi-model scan.
