How to set up automatic, recurring scans for your brand.
What scheduled scans are
Scheduled scans run automatically on a set schedule without you having to start them manually. AIVIS.space checks your brand at the frequency you choose and updates your Overview, Scan Summary, and Actions automatically.
Why use scheduled scans
AI models update continuously. A brand that AI describes accurately today may be described inaccurately next week — because AI received new training data, or because competitors published content that changed AI's references.
Scheduled scans catch these changes without manual effort. You'll see new Actions appear whenever AI changes how it describes your brand.
Setting up a scheduled scan
Scan frequency is configured per brand in Brand Hub.
Go to Brand Hub
Click Brand Hub in the sidebar.
Open Campaign Settings
Select the brand you want to configure and scroll to Campaign Settings.
Set the scan frequency
Choose Daily, Weekly, or Monthly from the frequency dropdown.
Save
Click Save. AIVIS.space will start running scheduled scans at the chosen frequency.
Scan frequency options
Daily — AIVIS.space runs a full scan once per day. Best for brands in fast-moving categories or brands that have recently made significant changes and want to monitor AI closely.
Weekly — AIVIS.space runs a full scan once per week. Recommended for most brands. Provides consistent monitoring without consuming your full weekly quota on automatic scans.
Monthly — AIVIS.space runs a scan once per month. Suitable for brands with stable categories and limited scan quotas.
How scheduled scans use your quota
Scheduled scans count against your weekly quota the same way manual scans do.
A weekly scheduled scan that covers 3 queries × 3 models uses 9 of your weekly scans. If your plan includes 10 scans per week (Growth), that leaves 1 scan per week for manual verification.
Plan accordingly:
- If you want to run both scheduled scans and manual verification scans, choose Weekly frequency and save manual quota for targeted checks
- If you need maximum scheduled coverage, use Daily frequency but be aware it may use most of your quota
When scheduled scans run
Scheduled scans run at a system-determined time based on your frequency setting. You can see when the next scheduled scan is due in Scan Summary under "Next scheduled scan."
What happens after a scheduled scan
AIVIS.space updates your Overview, Scan Summary, and Actions automatically. If new issues are detected, new Actions appear in the Actions section. You don't need to take any action to trigger the update — check your dashboard to see the latest results.
Pausing scheduled scans
To pause scheduled scans for a brand, go to Brand Hub → Campaign Settings and set the frequency to "Manual." This stops automatic scans without deleting your brand configuration.
FAQ
Do scheduled scans use my weekly quota? Yes. Each scheduled scan uses quota the same way a manual scan does.
What if a scheduled scan runs when I'm out of quota? If your weekly quota is exhausted, the scheduled scan is skipped and waits until your quota resets on Monday.
Can I run a manual scan while a scheduled scan is in progress? No. The Run Scan button is disabled while any scan is running.
