Brand Hub
Where you tell AIVIS.space what's true about your brand.
What Brand Hub is
Brand Hub is where you configure everything AIVIS.space uses to track and evaluate your brand. It has two parts: your brand configuration (what to track and how often) and your truth record (what's verified and true about your brand).
The quality of your scan results depends directly on the quality of what you put in Brand Hub.
Why it matters
AIVIS.space can only detect inaccuracies if it knows what's correct. When AI states the wrong pricing for your product, AIVIS.space flags it as a Hallucinated verdict only because you've told it the right price in Brand Hub.
Every fact you add increases the precision of your verdicts and the usefulness of your Actions.
Getting to Brand Hub
Click Brand Hub in the sidebar. You'll see a list of your brands on the left and the configuration for the selected brand on the right.
To add a new brand, click Create Campaign.
Campaign Settings
Campaign Settings controls what AIVIS.space tracks and how often it runs.
Brand name — The display name used throughout the product.
Tracked queries — The questions AIVIS.space sends to AI models. These should reflect how people actually search for products or services in your category. Add as many as your plan allows.
AI models — Which models are included in each scan. AIVIS.space supports ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini.
Scan frequency — How often scheduled scans run automatically. Options: Daily, Weekly, Monthly.
Brand Identity
Brand Identity captures the contextual information that helps AIVIS.space understand your brand.
Entity type — Brand, person, product, creator, founder, or organization.
Category — Your industry or product category.
Description — A short overview of your brand.
Aliases — Alternative names AI might use to refer to you, including abbreviations, product names, or previous brand names.
Competitive
Add the brands you compete with. AIVIS.space uses this list to:
- Track how often competitors are mentioned alongside your brand
- Flag Competitive Threat actions when a competitor is recommended in your place
- Calculate your Competitive Position score
Plan limits apply: 3 competitors on Starter, 10 on Growth, 50 on Agency.
Verdict Engine
The Verdict Engine section is where you add your truth record — the verified facts AIVIS.space checks every AI response against.
This is the most important section in Brand Hub. Without enough facts here, AIVIS.space returns Insufficient evidence verdicts and cannot generate meaningful Actions.
Known facts
Specific, checkable claims about your brand. Format: a statement that is either true or false.
Examples:
- "Starter plan: $39/month"
- "Founded in 2019"
- "SOC 2 Type II certified"
- "Supports 14 languages"
- "HIPAA compliant"
Each fact should be specific enough for AI to state it correctly or incorrectly. Vague claims ("we are a leading provider") cannot be checked.
Features
Specific product capabilities. List each feature individually. AIVIS.space watches for these in AI responses and flags it when AI attributes your features to a competitor or vice versa.
Target audience
Who your brand serves. Be specific about industry, company size, or role. This helps AIVIS.space detect when AI describes your brand to the wrong audience.
Forbidden claims
Things your brand definitively does NOT do or offer. If AI states any of these, AIVIS.space flags the response as Hallucinated immediately.
Examples of forbidden claims:
- "We do not offer a free plan"
- "We do not process payments directly"
- "This product is not available in the EU"
Canonical URLs
Your official web pages. AIVIS.space checks whether AI responses include links to these pages.
Add:
- Your homepage
- Your pricing page
- Your key product or features pages
Truth record versioning
Every time you save changes to the Verdict Engine section, AIVIS.space creates a new version of your truth record. Previous versions are preserved.
This matters for the Audit Ledger. Each scan result in the Audit Ledger is linked to the exact version of your truth record that was active at the time. You can see which version was used by opening the Provenance tab (scan details — model version, timestamp, and scan ID) in any Audit Ledger entry.
Best practices
- Update your truth record after updating your website. If you change your pricing or add a new feature, update it in Brand Hub at the same time. AIVIS.space evaluates based on what it knows.
- Add forbidden claims for common misconceptions. If customers frequently contact you to correct an AI response, add that misconception as a forbidden claim.
- Add more queries over time. The more queries you track, the broader your coverage of how people search for your category.
- Review Brand Hub monthly. Business facts change — pricing, certifications, team size, supported integrations. Keep your truth record current.
Deleting a brand
To delete a brand, open it in Brand Hub and use the delete option in the brand settings. Deleting a brand removes all its scan history permanently. This cannot be undone.
