Actions
Prioritized steps to improve how AI describes your brand.
What Actions are
After every scan, AIVIS.space generates Actions — a prioritized list of specific steps to fix inaccuracies, fill gaps, and improve how AI describes your brand.
Actions replace the need to manually read through AI responses and figure out what to do. AIVIS.space reads the scan results, identifies the problems, and tells you exactly what needs attention and why.
Why Actions matter
A scan tells you what AI said and whether it was accurate. Actions tell you what to do about it.
Without Actions, you'd have to read every AI response, compare it to your own brand facts, and figure out which issues are most urgent. Actions do this automatically — and they stay organized so you can work through them systematically.
Getting to Actions
Click Actions in the sidebar. Your actions appear as cards, sorted by priority. The highest-priority issues appear at the top.
Action types
Each action has a type that tells you what kind of issue it represents.
Accuracy Fix — AI stated something about your brand that contradicts your truth record. This is the most common action type. It means there's a factual inaccuracy to fix.
Truth Gap — AI mentioned a topic about your brand category that isn't in your truth record yet. AIVIS.space detected a gap — something AI might be saying that you haven't verified.
Competitive Threat — AI recommended a competitor in your place when someone asked a question where your brand should appear.
Citation Gap — AI didn't include links to your brand's official pages. This action suggests publishing or improving the pages AI should be citing.
Hallucination Risk — AI made claims about your brand that can't be verified from any source. This is a warning to add more verified facts to your truth record.
Verify Fix — You previously marked an Accuracy Fix as Actioned. AIVIS.space is suggesting a follow-up scan to confirm the fix worked.
Content Opportunity — AI frequently discusses a topic in your category that your brand hasn't addressed publicly. This is a proactive opportunity, not an inaccuracy.
See Action types for a full explanation of each type.
Reading an action card
Each action card shows:
- Type badge — The category of action (Accuracy Fix, Truth Gap, etc.)
- Priority — Critical, High, Medium, or Low
- Title — A plain-English description of the issue
- Details — What AI said vs. what's true, with the exact excerpt from the AI response
- Evidence link — A link to the specific Audit Ledger entry where this issue was found (Growth and above)
- Created date — When AIVIS.space generated this action
Taking action
Each action card has four options:
Mark as Actioned — You've made the fix. This moves the action to "Actioned" status and starts a timer. After 48 hours, AIVIS.space generates a Verify Fix action to suggest a follow-up scan.
Dismiss — This issue isn't relevant or you've decided not to address it. The action is removed from your active queue.
Snooze — Hide this action temporarily. Choose a duration: 7, 14, or 30 days. The action reappears when the snooze expires.
Rescan Now — Run an immediate scan to check whether the issue has been resolved. This uses one scan from your weekly quota.
Filtering your actions
Use the filter bar above the action list to narrow the view:
- Status: All, Active, Actioned, Resolved, Dismissed
- Priority: Critical, High, Medium, Low
- Type: All, Accuracy Fix, Truth Gap, Competitive Threat, Citation Gap, Hallucination Risk, Verify Fix, Content Opportunity
The action lifecycle
- AIVIS.space finds an issue after a scan → action appears in your queue
- You make the fix (on your website, in content, or in your truth record)
- You mark it as Actioned
- 48 hours later, AIVIS.space suggests a Verify Fix scan
- You run the scan
- If the fix worked, the action moves to Resolved
- If the issue persists, a new Accuracy Fix action appears
Every action you take is logged automatically. This creates an audit trail of your brand accuracy work over time.
Best practices
- Work Critical actions first. Critical actions represent the most serious inaccuracies — wrong pricing, major false claims, a competitor appearing in your place on high-intent queries.
- Check new actions after every scan. AIVIS.space generates actions immediately when a scan finishes.
- Don't dismiss without reading. Even Low priority actions may represent ongoing inaccuracies that compound over time.
- Mark fixes promptly. Marking an action as Actioned triggers the Verify Fix cycle. The sooner you mark it, the sooner you confirm the fix worked.
- Use Content Opportunity actions proactively. These represent topics where you could improve your AI visibility before competitors do.
FAQ
How does AIVIS.space decide which actions are Critical? Priority is based on how serious the inaccuracy is, how often it appears across your scans, and how recently it was detected. A pricing inaccuracy that appears across all 3 AI models on your top-priority query is Critical.
If I fix an issue on my website, do I need to update my truth record too? You may need to do both. Update your truth record in Brand Hub so AIVIS.space knows the correct fact. Also update your website — AI learns from published content over time, so updating your website helps AI learn the correct information.
Can I create an action manually? No. Actions are generated automatically from scan results. They reflect what AIVIS.space actually found in AI responses.
