Manage your email address and account data.
What Account Settings is
Account Settings lets you update your email address and manage your account data, including requesting permanent deletion of your account.
Getting to Account Settings
Click Account Settings in the sidebar.
Changing your email address
Enter your new email address and click Change Email. AIVIS.space sends a confirmation to your new address. Click the link in that email to confirm the change.
Deleting your account
Account deletion is permanent. Deleting your account removes all your brands, scan history, Audit Ledger records, truth records, and Actions. This cannot be undone.
To request account deletion:
Open Account Settings
Click Account Settings in the sidebar.
Scroll to the Danger Zone section
The account deletion option is at the bottom of the page.
Click Delete My Account
A confirmation dialog appears listing exactly what will be deleted.
Type the confirmation phrase
Type DELETE MY ACCOUNT to confirm. This is case-sensitive.
Submit the request
Your deletion request is submitted. You'll see a confirmation that the deletion is in progress.
Deletion typically completes within 1 hour. While deletion is pending, you can cancel it by returning to Account Settings.
What gets deleted
- All brands and their configurations
- All scan history
- All Audit Ledger records
- All truth records (all versions)
- All Actions
- Your account profile and login credentials
What is not deleted
Your subscription payments are not refunded. If you have an active subscription, cancel it first through Billing → Manage Subscription before deleting your account.
Cancelling a pending deletion
If you submitted a deletion request and changed your mind:
- Return to Account Settings
- Click Cancel Deletion while the request is still pending
Once deletion is complete, it cannot be cancelled.
FAQ
My account was deleted but I still see charges. What do I do? Account deletion removes your AIVIS.space data but does not automatically cancel your subscription. If you have a recurring subscription, cancel it separately in Billing → Manage Subscription before deleting your account. For billing questions, contact hello@aivis.space.
Can I export my data before deleting my account? CSV export is available on Starter, Growth, and Agency plans. Go to your scan results and use the export option before requesting deletion.
