Query Performance
See which tracked queries are working best for your brand.
What Query Performance shows
Query Performance ranks each of your tracked queries by how well your brand performs in AI responses for that question.
Why it matters
Not all queries are equal. For some questions, AI mentions your brand accurately and prominently. For others, AI ignores your brand entirely or describes it incorrectly.
Query Performance tells you which queries are your strongest and which need the most attention — so you can prioritize your efforts.
What you'll see
For each tracked query, you'll see:
- Detection rate — How often your brand appeared in AI responses for this query
- Average Integrity Score — How accurately AI described your brand in responses to this query
- Verdict breakdown — The distribution of Accurate, Hallucinated, Competitor bias, and other verdicts for this query
- Trend — Whether performance is improving, declining, or stable over your recent scans
Queries are ranked by detection rate by default. You can sort by Integrity Score or trend direction.
How to use this information
Low detection rate — AI isn't mentioning your brand when people ask this question. This query is an AI visibility gap. Consider whether you've published clear, specific content that addresses this topic.
Low Integrity Score — AI mentions your brand for this query but gets the details wrong. Check the Actions section for Accuracy Fix items related to this query.
Declining trend — Your brand's performance on this query is getting worse. Run a scan specifically targeting this query to see what's changed.
Improving trend — A content update or website change is working. Keep monitoring.
Running a scan on a specific query
If you want to check a single query without spending your full scan quota, go to Scan Control, select the query from the list, and click Run Scan.
Adding and removing queries
Manage your tracked queries in Brand Hub under Campaign Settings. You can add more queries at any time.
Query Performance is included on Starter, Growth, and Agency plans as part of the expanded analytics section. It is not available on Trial.
