Manage your AIVIS.space subscription and payment details.
What Billing is
Billing shows your current subscription status and gives you options to upgrade your plan, update your payment method, or manage your subscription.
Getting to Billing
Click Billing in the sidebar.
What you'll see
Current plan — Your plan name (Starter, Growth, Agency, or Trial) and status badge.
Subscription status:
- Active — Your subscription is current and all features are accessible.
- Trial — You're in the 7-day free trial. The countdown and scans remaining are shown.
- Grace Period — Your subscription lapsed but your access is temporarily continuing. Update your payment method to restore full access.
- Payment Issue — Your payment method needs attention. A banner appears with instructions.
Next billing date — When your next payment will be charged. Shown for active paid subscribers only.
Trial details — If you're on trial: how many days remain and how many of your 3 trial scans you've used.
Upgrading your plan
Click Upgrade to move to a higher plan. You'll be redirected to a secure checkout page to complete the purchase.
After payment succeeds, your plan updates immediately and your new limits take effect right away.
Managing your subscription
Click Manage Subscription to open the subscription management portal. From there you can:
- View your billing history
- Update your payment method
- Cancel your subscription
Payment on hold
If your payment method fails, AIVIS.space shows a "Payment on hold" banner in Billing. Your plan access is preserved while the payment is being retried. Click Update payment method to resolve the issue.
Your plan is not downgraded when a payment is on hold. Update your payment method to keep your current plan active.
Cancelling your subscription
Open the subscription management portal by clicking Manage Subscription. Cancel from there. After cancellation:
- Your access continues until the end of your current billing period
- After that, your account enters a Grace Period
- After the Grace Period ends, scan access is paused
- Your existing scan history and Audit Ledger data are retained
Trial details
- Duration: 7 days from when your payment method was added
- Scans: 3 total (does not reset)
- A payment method is required to start the trial
- If you don't subscribe before the trial ends, scan access is paused

FAQ
What payment methods are accepted? AIVIS.space processes payments through Dodo Payments. Major credit and debit cards are accepted.
What happens if I downgrade my plan? If you downgrade from Growth or Agency, Audit Ledger access is removed at the end of your current billing period. Your scan history up to that point is retained.
