How to track more than one brand in AIVIS.space.

When to use multiple brands

AIVIS.space supports tracking multiple brands in a single account. Use multiple brands when you need to monitor:

  • More than one product line — A company with two distinct products under different brand names
  • Client brands — An agency tracking AI visibility for its clients (Growth and Agency plans)
  • A person and a company — A founder who tracks both their personal brand and their company brand
  • Regional variations — The same brand in different markets with different positioning

Each brand has its own truth record, tracked queries, AI model selection, and scan schedule. Actions and scan results are separated by brand.

To track more than one brand, you need Growth or above. If you're on Starter and want to add a second brand, upgrade to Growth first.


Adding a new brand

Go to Brand Hub

Click Brand Hub in the sidebar.

Click Create Campaign

This starts the setup for a new brand.

Complete the brand setup

Fill in Campaign Settings, Brand Identity, Competitive, and Verdict Engine sections for the new brand. Each brand needs its own configuration.

Run a scan

Go to Scan Control and run the first scan for the new brand.


Switching between brands

The brand selector appears at the top of the dashboard. Click it to switch between your brands. All sections — Overview, Scan Control, Actions, Audit Ledger — update to show data for the selected brand.


Scan quota across multiple brands

Your scan quota is shared across all your brands. If you have a Growth plan (10 scans/week) and two brands, those 10 scans must cover both brands.

Plan your scan frequency accordingly:

  • If you have 2 brands with 3 queries each × 3 models, a full scan of both brands uses 18 scans — more than the Growth plan weekly limit
  • Consider using different scan frequencies for different brands (more frequent for active campaigns, less frequent for stable brands)
  • Use targeted single-query scans for spot-checking rather than full multi-query scans

For agencies: tracking client brands

On the Agency plan (20 brands), each client brand is a separate brand in your account. Each brand has its own:

  • Truth record
  • Tracked queries
  • Scan schedule
  • Actions queue
  • Audit Ledger (shared plan, per-brand data)

Client brands are not visible to clients — AIVIS.space doesn't have a client portal or multi-user access on Agency. Each client's brand is managed from your single AIVIS.space account.

Deleting a brand

To delete a brand, open it in Brand Hub and use the delete option in the brand settings.

Deleting a brand removes all its scan history, truth records, and Actions permanently. This cannot be undone.
