Trial requires a payment method on file. Trial scans do not reset — you have 3 total scans for the duration of the trial, not 3 per week.

Scan quota

Your weekly scan quota resets every Monday at midnight UTC. If you don't use all your scans in a week, they don't roll over.

A single full scan (all your tracked queries × all selected models) may use multiple scans from your quota. For example: 3 queries × 3 models = 9 scans.

Trial quota is different. Trial accounts have 3 total lifetime scans — not 3 per week. These never reset.

If a scheduled scan runs when your weekly quota is exhausted, it is skipped and waits until the next Monday reset.


Scan history

Scan history is how far back you can view scan results in Scan Summary and the Audit Ledger.

Older results beyond your plan's retention window are no longer accessible. Upgrading your plan does not restore previously expired results.


Team collaboration

Growth and Agency plans support multiple users on a single account.

Additional users are invited from Account Settings. Each user signs in with their own Google account.


Enterprise

Enterprise is available for organizations with custom requirements — RBAC, SSO, compliance exports, and capacity above Agency limits. Enterprise is not self-serve. Contact AIVIS.space directly to discuss requirements.


Upgrading

You can upgrade your plan at any time from Billing in the sidebar. Upgrades take effect immediately.
