Google Analytics
How to connect Google Analytics 4 to AIVIS.space and what it adds to your monitoring.
What the Google Analytics integration does
Connecting Google Analytics 4 gives AIVIS.space access to your organic traffic data. AIVIS.space uses this data alongside your scan results to show whether your AI visibility is translating into website visits.
Without the integration, AIVIS.space tracks how AI describes your brand. With the integration, you can also see whether the queries where AI mentions your brand are sending traffic to your site.
Prerequisites
- A Google Analytics 4 property (not Universal Analytics)
- Admin access to the GA4 property you want to connect
- A Growth or Agency plan
Google OAuth approval for AIVIS.space is pending. The Data Sources integration UI is available, but you may see a Google approval warning during the sign-in flow. The integration is functional — the warning appears because AIVIS.space is completing the Google OAuth review process.
How to connect
Go to Data Sources
Click Data Sources in the sidebar.
Click Connect Google Analytics
This opens the Google OAuth sign-in flow.
Sign in with Google
Sign in with the Google account that has access to your GA4 property.
Select your property
Choose the GA4 property you want to connect from the list.
Authorize
Approve the permissions AIVIS.space requests — read access to your GA4 data.
Once connected, AIVIS.space begins pulling data from the selected property. The first sync may take a few minutes.
What AIVIS.space reads from GA4
AIVIS.space reads organic traffic data — visits from search engines and AI platforms, not paid or social traffic. This is used to correlate AI visibility changes with traffic changes.
AIVIS.space does not read personal user data, transaction data, or any data outside organic channel metrics.
Disconnecting
To disconnect your GA4 integration, go to Data Sources and click Disconnect next to Google Analytics.
Disconnecting removes AIVIS.space's access to your GA4 data. Your scan results, truth records, and Actions are not affected.
