Understanding Your First Results

What your Integrity Score, verdicts, and Actions mean after your first scan.

What you'll see after a scan

When a scan finishes, AIVIS.space updates three things:

  1. Scan Summary — the result of the most recent scan
  2. Overview — your overall Visibility Score, Integrity Score, and open issues
  3. Actions — a prioritized list of steps to fix what AI got wrong

This page explains what each of these means and what to do with the information.

Your Integrity Score

Your Integrity Score (0–100) measures how accurately AI described your brand in the most recent scan.

ScoreWhat it means
80–100AI described your brand accurately
60–79Minor inaccuracies — review your Actions
40–59Significant inaccuracies detected
0–39Major inaccuracies — check the verdict and evidence

A score below 60 on your first scan is completely normal. Most brands see a low score initially because AI models pick up information from the internet, which may be outdated or incomplete. Scores typically improve as you add more facts to your truth record and AIVIS.space accumulates more scan data.

Your verdict

Every scan produces a verdict for each AI response. The verdict tells you how accurate that response was.

Accurate — AI described your brand correctly. The statements AIVIS.space checked matched your truth record.

Hallucinated — AI stated something about your brand that contradicts your truth record or can't be verified from any source. This is the most serious result. Check the Actions section to see exactly what AI got wrong.

Competitor bias — AI recommended a competitor in your place. When someone asked a question where your brand should appear, AI pointed them toward another brand instead.

Mixed signals — Some statements were accurate and some were not. Check the evidence to see which specific facts need fixing.

Unverified — AIVIS.space couldn't confirm or deny what AI said. Usually this means the topic isn't covered in your truth record yet. Add more facts in Brand Hub → Verdict Engine to get accurate verdicts.

Insufficient evidence — Your truth record doesn't have enough information to evaluate the response. Add at least 5 facts in the Verdict Engine section of Brand Hub.

Your Visibility Score

Your Visibility Score (0–100) measures how often AI mentions your brand across your tracked queries.

This is separate from accuracy. A brand can have a high Visibility Score (AI mentions it often) but a low Integrity Score (AI gets the details wrong). Or a low Visibility Score (AI barely mentions it) with a high Integrity Score (when it does, it's accurate).

Both scores matter. See Visibility Score and Integrity Score for full explanations.

Your Actions

After every scan, AIVIS.space generates Actions — specific steps to fix inaccuracies or improve how AI describes your brand.

Each action shows:

  • What type of issue it is (Accuracy Fix, Competitive Threat, Truth Gap, and others)
  • What AI said vs. what's true
  • The specific AI response where the issue appeared
  • A priority level (Critical, High, Medium, or Low)

What to do with an action:

  1. Read the action card and understand what AI said incorrectly
  2. Make the fix — usually updating your website, adding a new page, or publishing clearer information
  3. Mark the action as Actioned in AIVIS.space
  4. AIVIS.space will suggest running a follow-up scan to confirm the fix worked

See Actions for the full guide.

What to do after your first scan

If your Integrity Score is low or you have Critical or High actions:

  1. Open Actions and read the top-priority action
  2. Check what AI said incorrectly
  3. Go to Brand Hub → Verdict Engine and add or correct the relevant fact in your truth record
  4. Also make the change on your actual website (where applicable) — updating your truth record tells AIVIS.space what's correct, but AI learns from your website over time
  5. Mark the action as Actioned
  6. Run another scan to verify the fix

If your Integrity Score is high and there are no Critical actions:

  1. Add more queries in Brand Hub to track more parts of your category
  2. Add more facts to the Verdict Engine section to improve detection accuracy
  3. Set up scheduled scans so AIVIS.space monitors your brand automatically

FAQ

Why is my Integrity Score so low on the first scan? AI models learn from published content on the internet. If your website doesn't have clear, structured information about your pricing, features, and other facts, AI may be working from outdated or incomplete sources. Adding more facts to your truth record in Brand Hub helps AIVIS.space evaluate future scans more accurately.

What does it mean if all my verdicts are Unverified? AIVIS.space couldn't find enough facts in your truth record to confirm or deny the AI responses. Go to Brand Hub, open the Verdict Engine section, and add at least 5–10 specific, checkable facts about your brand.

I got an Accurate verdict but the AI response looks wrong to me. What do I do? This usually means the fact AI stated isn't in your truth record. AIVIS.space can only check what it knows. Add the correct fact to the Verdict Engine section in Brand Hub and run another scan.
