Getting Started

Quick Start

From signup to your first scan result in under 10 minutes.

This guide takes you from creating your account to seeing your first scan result. It covers the minimum setup required to get a meaningful result.

Before you start

You need:

  • An AIVIS.space account (start your free trial)
  • Your brand's website address
  • 2–3 facts about your brand that AI might state incorrectly (for example: your pricing, your founding year, or a key feature)

The free trial includes 3 scans and lasts 7 days. A payment method is required to activate it.

Step 1 — Sign in

Go to aivis.space and sign in. If this is your first time, sign up with Google or your email address.

After signing in, AIVIS.space takes you through a short setup to create your first brand.

Step 2 — Set up your brand

In the setup, AIVIS.space asks for your brand name and website address. It uses your website to pre-fill some details automatically.

Review the pre-filled information and make any corrections. Then enter 2–3 facts about your brand — things you know to be true that AI might get wrong. For example:

  • "Our Starter plan costs $49 per month"
  • "We were founded in 2021"
  • "We are SOC 2 Type II certified"

These facts become your truth record — the verified information AIVIS.space uses to check every AI response.

Step 3 — Run your first scan

After setup, AIVIS.space runs your first scan automatically. This takes 15–30 seconds.

If you want to run a scan manually at any time, go to Scan Control in the sidebar and click Run Scan.

Step 4 — Read your results

When the scan finishes, AIVIS.space takes you to the dashboard. You'll see:

  • Your Integrity Score — how accurately AI described your brand (0–100)
  • A verdict for the AI response — Accurate, Hallucinated, Competitor bias, or another result
  • Any Actions generated — specific steps to fix what AI got wrong

Tip

A score below 60 on your first scan is normal. Integrity Scores typically improve as you add more facts in Brand Hub.
