FAQ

Answers to the most common questions about AIVIS.space.

Getting started

Do I need technical knowledge to use AIVIS.space? No. AIVIS.space is designed for business users, marketers, and brand managers. No developer access, API keys, or code required.

What do I need to set up before my first scan? You need to create a brand (via Brand Hub) and add at least one tracked query and some facts about your brand in the Verdict Engine section. The more facts you add, the more useful your first scan will be.

Can I try AIVIS.space before paying? AIVIS.space offers a 7-day trial with 3 total scans. A payment method is required to start the trial. You won't be charged until the trial ends.

Scanning

How long does a scan take? A full scan typically completes in 1–3 minutes, depending on the number of queries and models selected.

Why is the Run Scan button disabled? The button is disabled when a scan is already running. Wait for the current scan to finish.

Why did my scheduled scan not run? If your weekly quota was exhausted when the scheduled scan was due, the scan is skipped. Check your quota in Plan & Usage. Scans resume after your quota resets on Monday.

Can I scan just one AI model? Yes. In Scan Control, select the specific model you want to scan. This uses fewer scans from your weekly quota than a full multi-model scan.

Can I scan just one query? Yes. In Scan Control, select the specific query you want to check.

Results

My Integrity Score is low. Is something wrong? A low first-scan Integrity Score is normal, especially if you haven't added many facts to Brand Hub yet. The score improves as you add more facts to your truth record and as your website content becomes clearer. Track the trend over several weeks rather than reacting to a single result.

Why do different AI models give different verdicts for the same query? ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini are trained on different data and use different processes. The same query can produce very different responses from each model. Check AI Model Visibility to see per-model performance.

What does Unverified mean? AI said something about your brand that can't be confirmed or denied because it's not in your truth record. It's not a confirmed inaccuracy — it's a gap in your brand facts. Add the relevant facts to Brand Hub to turn future Unverified verdicts into Accurate or Hallucinated verdicts.

Why does my scan show Insufficient evidence? AI didn't mention your brand enough in its response to evaluate. This is a Visibility problem rather than an Integrity problem — AI isn't including you in the conversation for that query.

Actions

What should I do with my first set of Actions? Start with Critical and High priority Accuracy Fix actions. These represent inaccuracies with the most impact on your score. Read each action card, fix the issue on your website or in Brand Hub, then mark it as Actioned.

What happens when I mark an action as Actioned? AIVIS.space records the date and automatically creates a Verify Fix action 48 hours later. Run a targeted scan on the affected query to confirm the fix worked.

Can I dismiss an action I don't want to fix? Yes. Use the Dismiss option on any action card. Dismissed actions move out of your active queue. You can see them in the Dismissed filter.

Brand Hub

How many facts should I add to the Verdict Engine section? More is better. Start with your 5–10 most important, verifiable facts (pricing, key features, founding date, correct company name, etc.). Add more over time, especially after each scan reveals new gaps.

What goes in the Forbidden claims section? Claims that are definitively false about your brand. For example: "We do not offer a free tier." Every time AI states a forbidden claim, AIVIS.space flags it immediately.

What are canonical URLs for? The official URLs you want AI to cite when it mentions your brand. Add your homepage, pricing page, and key feature pages. AIVIS.space checks whether these appear in AI responses and flags Citation Gap actions when they don't.

Plans and billing

What happens when my trial ends? Your account moves to your selected paid plan. If you don't upgrade before the trial ends, access is restricted until you choose a plan.

Can I downgrade my plan? Yes. Downgrading takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

What happens to my data if I cancel? Your data is retained for 30 days after cancellation. You can reactivate your account and recover your data within that window.

Data integrations

Is the Google Analytics / Google Search Console integration required? No. The integrations are optional. AIVIS.space works fully without them. They add organic traffic data to help you correlate AI visibility with website performance.

Why does Google show a warning when I connect? AIVIS.space is completing the Google OAuth review process. The integration is functional — the warning is a standard Google notice for apps pending approval.
